Step by step
Cupcake batter
- Melt the butter and the chocolate in a bain-marie. Sift the flour and the baking powder.
- In a bowl, whisk the caster sugar with the eggs. Add the melted butter and mix. Incorporate the flour, the chocolate and the baking powder then, mix until having a smooth mixture.
- Pour about 2/3 of the mix into baking cupcake cups.
- Bake for about 20 min.
Chocolate ganache
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Meanwhile, heat up the whole liquid cream. Add it onto the melted chocolate.
- Whisk the ganache with an electric whisk until firm.
- Place it in a pastry bag and pipe elegantly on cooled cupcakes.
Decorate with Chocolatree’s “Pirate, ohé moussaillon” decorations !
